When I heard family planning, I said: oh, what is this? But when they explained it to me in a phone call, that's when it clicked, oh yeah! These are the same issues we are working on. Let's leverage ourselves in the region... They (FP2030) are allies - we know that they are working with the rest... They could promote visibility of what was happening in the region in the world.

Being part of the [Nigeria FP2030 commitment] process provided my network, Afriyan Nigeria, which comprises of over 85 youth-led organizations, the opportunity to participate meaningfully and lend our voices to making decisions that improve family planning access for young people.
